First visit, I stumble in at random. Greeted promptly despite being there before 'opening'. Learned a lot about plate and carrier, but was in a hurry and couldn't get around to fitting. Returned about two weeks later and was again greeted welcomingly, this time by Dan. He remembered me from my earlier visit. I received some more education and a really good deal! Their product is very well made, secure, high quality materials and has nice features, and their accessories are top notch. I spent a few hundred more than I had planned, but also a few hundred less than I would anywhere else. I'm very happy with my purchase! I hope I never truly need it, but I'm prepared in case I do. I encourage you to visit them in person. While I was there I enjoyed great conversation. Got to see through some super-nice night vision way out of my price range. And they even invited me to hang out with them at the close of business! An offer I'll take them up on in the future! Love Esstac. Good people
