I got the salted caramel, the flavor was good, but...

I got the salted caramel, the flavor was good, but the ice cream had crystals in it, the mouth feel was all off and it was also low quality (high air ratio.) I couldn't tell if the problems were due to how the ice cream was spun (that's where all the air comes from) or if the ice cream had gotten too warm and frozen over and over creating big ice crystals, or if the ratio of milk fat was too low.

I'd normally give it 2 stars after what I tasted, but the people I was with seemed to be enjoying their ice cream and when they tasted mine they were shocked at the quality.

I'll go back, but next time I'll ask for a sample before I dive in to a flavor to avoid the same problem I had this last visit. I may update my review at that time.

Go and check it out, but taste the ice cream you're getting first.
