It would be better if the dress Code in the Horizo...

It would be better if the dress Code in the Horizon Club Lounge was enforced. Every has a letter on arrival telling them the standard of dress and it is disappointing when you have a quiet drink at 1730 with people who are dressed as if they going to the beach. The Manageress agreed with us but was unable to enforce it. Perhaps a notice at the entrance would help as it does in other Shangri-La Hotels. Apart from that it was brilliant and we will return.
