We bought an absolutely beautiful car and the sale...

We bought an absolutely beautiful car and the sales people were friendly! BUT the actual buying process was a longgggggg pain. We made a quick decison on what car we wanted and STILL spent over 5 hours waiting. We kept asking what was taking so long and never got good answers. And seemed like they almost forgot we were there.We waited for car detailing after we finally bought the car for additional hour after we were told it would only take 15 minutes. Granted there were massage chairs for ALL the waiting but even my back couldn't handle a 5+ hour massage!!! Great cars...nice people..but so slow.
