Dreadfully rude and unprofessional - it took 5 phone calls and more than a week just to get them to book an appointment for a quote. On the morning of the quote booked for 3pm, Cavan Grainger phoned asking to come round within 30 minutes which we couldn't do as we were going out - Mr Grainger grumbled about it and when we checked it was still booked for that afternoon he said "yeah see you at 3 maybe" and hung up! When we called back to check what that meant he said he didn't like our attitude (!) and he wouldn't come round to quote!!

There are a lot of friendly, professional removal companies out there - this most definitely isn't one of them!!

EDIT: Re the response below, 3 years after this review (!), needless to say I was never in the slighest bit rude to anyone as all I had done was book an appointment, this is just a made-up story to try to deflect from having an unpleasant personality and attitude - the only rude person was Cavan Grainger. I'm amazed they are still in business, but as per the original review there are *far* nicer, more professional removal companies in Surrey than this guy... imagine what he'd be like if you had problems with your move?!
