I usually just go here to gamble or have a nice meal. Up until this past Sunday my experience has been pretty decent. This past Sunday went to sports betting to put in a parlay card and the lady behind the desk must have not wanted to come to work that day because she just threw my card and my ticket on the desk and looked like she was pissed off at the world! Just bad customer service.
