First, THANK YOU! You ALL go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. At times we feel overwhelmed at the lending hand everyone provides!

Our review of Beaches Ochi and a request:

We have been to Sandals a few times and loved it. Now with our two year old, Maximus, we opted for Beaches. The Sesame Street activities and kid camp employees are amazing with kids of all ages. It melts our hearts when employees like Zsombie, Petergay, and Latoya along with others remember us each day and take the time to talk. The French restaurant was above and beyond, even though the food options are more limited than Sandals. Thank you to everyone!

Our requests:

We arrived on Friday Feb 28 and on Tuesday morning my wife and I became extremely ill, from what we deduced to be some shrimp we ate the day before at Neptune's as our son was fine and that is the only thing we had and he did not. While the staff was helpful we were bedridden until Thursday and are still recovering. It is our sincerest wish that Beaches could assist us in gaining that huge financial loss back by assisting us with the next trip we schedule for Sep. 2021. We feel that since we were bedridden due to food the $1000 odd dollars those days cost could help be recouped on our next trip we already booked? Possibly an additional two days? Again, the staff was great but we could not get this request resolved at the resort.

Secondly, the spa sold us a 4 oz. Bottle of cream. Aftwards, we realized it is over the carry on limit and we did not have checked bags. After we were up and about Thur evening after being sick we requested to exchange the product for some smaller bottles of nail polish. They said absolutely not because customers have done bad things before. I showed them the metal seal was still intact and explained we couldn't come sooner because we got so sick. They would not budge. I pointed out to the manager the receipt stated exchange only, no refunds and they stated that did not matter. We felt this situation was not handled appropriately at all. It would have just taken the manager saying, sure, I see that situation puts you in a bind, please exchange the $50 product you can't take with you. Later we were told we would receive a $20 refund from the front desk, but, did not at checkout.

Thank you again for all you do and the hard work every employee does each day. We wish it could be easier for everyone to stay at resorts like this.
