The only thing guaranteed about this service is that the shuttles are always late, which has seriously screwed me over more than a few times, even if I schedule my shuttles hours in advance. Everything is always last minute, and the service is poorly organized. The only reason I'm giving one star is because there are occasional drivers that really do provide outstanding service, but again, these drivers are not common.
