Servicing your vehicle here is impossible. I boug...

Servicing your vehicle here is impossible. I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart GT back in February of 2015. I immediately noticed issues the day I picked up the car. While driving down 140 heading towards Taunton, I noticed a weird rattling noise coming from the front passenger area. I pulled over in Taunton to discover a chunk of the tire's sidewall in the front passenger side was missing. The damage was there before I purchased it as when they cleaned and dressed the tires with shine before giving it to me, the part of rubber that was missing was shined over. I called the dealer in which they agreed to replace the tire. When it was more warm the next day, I decided to check over the other tires and discovered a bubble in the rear tire passenger side. I called and spoke to the general manager who agreed to replace all four tires and that I could have a loaner the following day to which I agreed. When I finally picked the vehicle back up, I drove away noticing the rattling is still present in the passenger side front area. Now to keep this review semi-short. This vehicle has been back to them about eight times, and each time it seems nothing gets resolved. I still to do this day over two years later, have the rattle under my dash area. During my last visit to this dealer which was early 2016, the service manager Ken recommended that I drive around in the vehicle and place my hand on the dash and feel for where the vibration and rattle is coming from and that when I figured out the area to bring it back and they would fix it. I asked for them to give me a loaner so they could search for the issue myself. He wrote my name on a ripped up piece of scrap paper and put it in the top center draw of the service counter desk, I never received a call that a loaner was available and to drop off the car. This same manager claims he took my vehicle out personally and did not hear the noise but when I requested to Abby, another service writer, that I wanted a tech to come with me to listen, he heard the noise immediately going down the road. When we got back to the shop Ken tried to dismiss this very loud and obtrusive noise as being "part of the cars design." Earlier in the attempt to fix this noise they found a torn CV boot on the drivers side. They replaced it and since then my wheel has made a grinding noise while turning in cold temperatures. The service department never wrote this on any of their repair tickets and claimed there was no issues present. I also have issues with my tacomoter and gas gauges reading abnormally high amounts. The RPMs go about 3,000 past redline to where there are no more numbers. My fuel gauge also goes about 2 full inches past the full line marker. I showed them video proof of this happening as it only occurs during extremely cold mornings after the car has sat for a period of time. They replaced the gauge cluster and also my radio screen from the bluetooth issues I had but neither seemed to solve the issues. They now will not do anything more because they can't replicate the issue. Further investigating, it seems there are cases with Chrysler with these issues occurring but the dealer seems to refuse to acknowledge they exist. Its been a year now since my last visit. I feel so unsafe driving this car and the dealer has not seemed to care about my concerns. The dealer sold me a unsafe care right off the start with damaged tires, and then later discovering a damaged axle.
