Absolutely awful experience. I leased a car from them in 2011, and was not impressed with their customer service, and made the mistake of letting them try to make it up to me in 2013 on a second lease. Unfortunately the second time was even worse and more costly. As part of the deal made for the new car, they agreed to pay off the remainder of my 2011 lease, including incidentals and mileage. Within weeks Honda Financial was calling saying that we owed $500 on incidentals and mileage. I informed them that the dealership agreed to pay the overage. After several phone calls and emails, Jeremy from David McDavid stated in an email that they would pay off the $500 as agreed. I did not hear from Honda Financial again, as they sent the claim to a collection agency. This dealership caused me to have a collection on my credit report. There are plenty of dealerships in the DFW area, please choose one other than David McDavid Frisco.
