Recently was sent an e-mail(by the finance manager) about getting a lower interest rate. Even with everything that is going on today, anything to save money. I recently purchased a car and thought Why not try? Went in and was setup with Melvin and first thing he said is I am just going to get mileage and look it over and we will send you why we can do. I thought this is different. Went along with it and was told I was going to be contacted later. Fast forward to the next day after I had asked when I would hear anything. Melvin told me as soon as I hear anything I will call you immediately. Finally waited till after noon and sent a text asking if he heard anything. I got I had a meeting with the finance manager an hour ago and not going to be able to at this time. What the heck? I guess an hour after and the customer reaching out is great customer service ? Not a great experience. Customers come first. So what if I couldn t, at least call when you said you would AND be the one to communicate to your customers without them asking! It s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!
