Had dinner on Saturday nite. As always the food was absolutely top notch. Hands-down the best steak in DFW My wife had the arctic sole which she is raving about. But, my concern is with the service. Our server was pleasant and was doing the best she could but was spread way too thin to give the outstanding service Bob's is known for. At one point we asked for coffee refills which never came. Consequently, we had to get our own refills. There were other issues which I won't go into. All in all when I spend almost $500 on dinner I expect 5 star service and this time I didn't get it.
