Pre sales was a very good experience. Krisztina Oliveira was a very good sales person and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased although she said she was kinda new to sales. I am disappointed that after I purchased the vehicle I found out that there were no owners manual. If I had known that to begin with I would have purchased a vehicle that had one. I will make sure to go through my next purchase with a fine tooth comb before the purchase is complete.
