Indoor Dankbud Review of Everett House Healing Center
Great escape for anyone looking for some R&R amids...
Great escape for anyone looking for some R&R amidst the hustle and bustle. I noticed a killer Groupon, offering an hour massage and an hour hot tub, sauna and steam room for $79. Otherwise its $15 for half an hour $22 for a full hour $30 for 90 minutes and $45 for unlimited use up to an entire day.
The whole act of controlling the breath, through the mental anguish related to overheating and overchilling is in itself a meditation. I challenge you to push your limits, and try to spend 10 minutes in a sauna or steam room, then submerge yourself up to your chin for 3 minutes in the cold plunge. Remain overhydrated, and of coarse listen to your intuition. [Maybe 5 and 1.5 minutes will be better for you, or start with even 3 and 1.]
I personally, have a spiritual experience, when I retain breath control, and focus my attention on slowing my heart rate. Thus increasing my proficiency to remain centered, in situations where my automatic reflex responses might try to distract me from that single pointed focus.
The staff are friendly. Most patrons appear to be blissing out, on the simple ability to disconnect from the worries of the world. Magical places, like this gem, do exist. All we have to do, is show up to the occasion and simply. make time to enjoy them!
