Pro: nicely situated in almost Center of Kifissia....

Pro: nicely situated in almost Center of Kifissia. 5-10 minutes by foot and you're among boutiques and brand shops with Banks and atms. You may go to different direction and get some local restaurants with much better kitchen and 2 times less price. If you're lazy to go somewhere, there's a club just on the ground floor. If you struggle to go somewhere, you may enjoy gym in ground floor (it is small, but you may find much smaller in different hotel), Turkish bath and open swimming pool as well.
Cons: this is not 4 star hotel (or how much stars they claim). This very good 3 star with cosy rooms, and sometimes terrace. There's no bathroom, only shower in the rooms, and rooms a really small, especially if you speak about superior rooms. For 1 person it is feasible, for 2 - I would think twice.
In general, it is nice place to stay because of its environment, however I would not recommend it for very long stay for couples.
