Well, I am getting ready to move out of my rental with Texas Renters LLC. I have heard so many bad things bout them and have had bad service from them for the past 2 years. When we moved in, my realtor told me to take as many photos as I can to protect us. Now I really want to see how the support me as a renter when we move out. Several people have told me they would take as must as they can from out deposit. I don't want to believe that but when you hear if a door stopper is missing they will charge you for that. Even if it was missing before. I also heard that it is a law in Texas for renters to have a chain lock on the front door. We never had one so I am thinking I might get charged for this too.
