I called on 30th July to have a wasps nest removed and was pleased with the service for the initial booking. I was told someone would be with us between 9am-5pm on Saturday 1st August (which is a very long appointment window) but I was told someone would call 30 minutes before so I didn t have to wait in all day (fair enough). Saturday came and shortly after midday I called the company for an ETA. After 30 minutes on hold, I was told they couldn t give an ETA. At 4pm (an hour before cut off), I still hadn t heard anything and called the company again. After another 30 minutes on hold, I spoke with an operator who told me the job hadn t even been assigned to a technician yet. I cancelled the appointment accruing no charge, but am disappointed to have spent the day waiting around at home for a technician who, by their own admission on that second call, was unlikely to arrive. Poor communication, poor service, would recommend you go somewhere else. IN ADDITION TO THIS: I don t usually feel compelled to leave companies reviews. I did so for Able Group on TrustPilot. Able Group reported my review as fake and had TrustPilot take it down. Unfortunately for them, I have been able to have it reinstated. BE AWARE that their Trust Pilot rating will have a good number of genuine, negative reviews filtered out!
