After ending up embroiled in very difficult litigation, I found Vardags a very personal service and immediately felt they were on my side, although they were rightly initially very tough with me in determining the exact facts - whether in my favour or not.

It certainly was not a "rose tinted" experience for me but one which without the toughness, hard work and integrity of Frank Ryan and Isabel Mee could easily have had a far worse outcome. As it was, my case was eventually settled by mediation i.e. without going to Court (and that says a lot about Vardags - as a Court case would undoubtedly have earned them more fees) and my wife and I are now able to move on with our lives after a very difficult period for us.

No one wants to go to law and it is never going to be an enjoyable experience but if you do find yourself in this situation, Vardags and especially Frank Ryan would be the best people to have on your side with the joint experience and weight that Vardags brings with it.
