Well, when they did come their tech (Alex) did a very thorough job of cleaning the stopped up drain. I had called and scheduled this on 05/24/17 Between 5-7pm, but they were a no-show and I had to get to work. I did get a callback and they were very apologetic, but it was still not pleasant going an extra day with no sink usage. What would have gone a long way to restoring my confidence would have at least been a reduction on the bill--but that did not happen. But as far as getting the job done and giving me an up-front price they were spot-on.
