Leaving a detailed message and this office/dept will ignore and never return. I have left 3 messages with key information to return my call and still nothing. Walked in signed the roster and waiting 36 minutes until the other mediating party arrived before being acknowledged. Notes from the mediator were promised...yet again, nothing received from over 3 weeks ago. Certainly there is some accountability for this dept to improve to care for the needs of the people.
