I am a former employee and it was the worst experience of my life. The management team were not organized, and didn t seem to care much about their employee s. I worked at their new location across from the Lexington Market, and it was unkept. They refused to hire someone to clean the office, and not once did anyone clean the bathroom while I was there.

As an employee I felt like I didn t get much support or supervision . I felt a lot of the decisions I made on my own and it was overwhelming. Additionally, they purposefully double booked me with clients and expected me to see them all; regardless if they had to wait longer.

They did not care about their clients nor did they treat them well. Many times I would overhear whoever was at the front desk (at this point it was only one woman because everyone quit) and she would be so nasty and mean. They would sell false promises to these folks, and never follow through.

Lastly, this site is FAMILY OWNED! All of management are related to one another and only care about THEIR best interest, and no one else s. On top of that they are unbelievably unethical. CARF and ACA needs to take a thorough review of this place because they are doing serious harm to them.

My aim was to give an honest review of my experience working there. All of the other employees feel the same although they won t say it out loud. If you are considering working at CHS it honestly isn t worth it. ESPECIALLY if you are a new clinician, trust me, you want to get your clinical hours and supervision some place else.
