I came in and needed a diagnostic on a problem with the fan for the heat/air. I waited patiently for 2 hours for them to tell me the motor needed to be replaced. After agreeing to the repair, I waited another 2 hours for them to tell me they did not have the part to fix it. The part got ordered, was supposed to be in 3 days later. I had to call them to find out what was going on, and they still have not let me know if the part arrived a week later. I will be taking my service else where.
