MIKE HARMON! Where do I start? Very professional, certainly comforting when I thought I really messed up my car! Immediately offered me a loaner which is included when you drop off your car! That is sweet when you need to get something done by these guys! I have been to BMW of Fairfax but BMW of Sterling is where I will always go. Very kind staff, professional, awesome facility and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half.
