The room is very smelly, we have asked to move & all we have been given is a burner to hide the smell. My son is ill & we are having to stay in a damp smelly room. It is also supposed to be ocean facing, but we cannot see any ocean from the room. We stay at Centara Grand quite often, but will not come back to this one. Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful though.
