They failed to schedule my semi-annual inspection, good thing I called when I found the condensation line blocked . They also failed to notify me of the renewal for my annual service contract - but they did honor the renewal because it wasn't 30 days expired. The technician took 5 hours chasing down a leak in the 2 year old system. Wasn't able to find it, so he added freon and they rescheduled for next week for another technician to come out. Not really satisfied with their service after having them replace both units two years ago.
