I recently engaged with a communication consulting firm to assist with our company's messaging and branding. Unfortunately, the experience was quite average. While the consultants were knowledgeable, I found the overall approach to be somewhat generic. The website promised innovative and tailored solutions, but I did not feel that this was fully delivered. The communication lacked a personalized touch and appeared to follow a cookie-cutter template. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit steep for the value provided. Although the company has potential, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of offering more customized and innovative communication strategies. I hope that the company takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing more unique and impactful solutions in the future.
