I m wondering what happened that this service was so terrible for us and so great for others? Maybe it was the broker we were assigned- she is unresponsive, slow to make changes and she treats us like we are criminals anytime we ask anything. We put in a request to cancel our listing last week, as we now want to go through a realtor after not receiving any inquiries after listing with home avenue. Big surprise, no response yet. We ve wasted time and money using this place...it s my fault really, trying to save money.
