I too have had interesting service. I believe certain members of the staff do not value customer service and this unfortunately colors the entire perspective of the place in a negative way. I will inform management at a higher level in the meantime. As for the majority of the employees I saw on the floor directly interacting with the customers' decision making; they were very nice.
