The Office of Compassionate Use is inadequate and unprofessional . Apparently nobody is overseeing this office . After waiting on hold for over an hour , spoke to a rep and she advised that they have everything but I still have to wait an additional 2 weeks . I ve already waited 6 weeks and my payment to the Dept of Health was processed 2 days ago though it was received on 8/17 When I asked for this reps name she said Joanne I asked for her last name and she said it is just Joanne . When I asked for a supervisor she hung up. Tried to call the dept of health and guess what ? No answer there either. There s nobody to assist or protect the patients they supposedly serve.
