Yelp in my opinion is making a big mistake by having sales people desperately and aggressively cold call for new clients. I was mislead, not once, but twice...

Now, because we have multiple of offices I am receiving multiple aggressive calls, while we still are disputing a contract that Yelp did not fulfill its obligations. I wished that Yelp was actually what they preach the defender of good business practices by way of reviews but instead its the worse offender but a preacher of practices not fulfilled.
