I had a good experience. I didn't have any issues with payment or with booking. My PTS instructor - Eldon Uchida - was excellent. I can honestly say that I wasn't expecting to learn much (since I have been involved in fitness since 2001), but what I learned was valuable (regarding how to better train the client) and I would recommend it to everyone I know who is looking to get certification.
