I had the best experience in this hospital as I went in fairly quickly for nasal sarcoma surgery. Taken care by Dr MacNeil team and her residents was superb. The doctors and nurses worked well together (a little hierarchy but it comes with the territory)
The nurses responded well to meet my needs before I knew what I needed. Ivette was wonderful and the two night nurses too ( student Sarah?? ) I think and the RN who was teaching her. Well done to all of you! Keep it up
PS. I work in another hospital so I am very pleased how I was treated. Hopefully management will notify these amazing people of a job well done.
