I just had a wonderful experience purchasing a new bike at Mack s. Luis and Jennifer were both so helpful working with me over the phone and text to find the right bike for me. Given the inability to shop in person they sent me various options via text and walked me thru the pros and cons of each. I ultimately purchased a beautiful Quintana Roo tri bike that I am very happy with. Would recommend this shop and these two who assisted me.
