It was the only option when Shaw and Telus didn't provide services in this area. Service was terrible, devices never got upgraded, existing customer was treated like trash, every small feature got charged, each one G data overused was charged 2 dollars without notification. Now as other service providers are coming in Ladner, I happily switched without looking back.
