I moved to VA one year ago with my 2007 Grand Caravan in tow. It served us well. I wanted something smaller and researched the Dodge Journey. I stopped in on a Saturday and Fagan Stackhouse was the first to greet my son and I. He never pressured, he listened. I came back 2 weeks later- after being courted by another dealership, to Hall. The day I purchased my Journey it took from 4.5 hours, after they worked on getting my approval to buy new. I am a single Mom with lots of debt, but Mr. Stackhouse and James from financing never made me feel bad. They did everything to make it work in the shortest time ever. My payment is around the same as the 2007 van but now I don't have to worry about repair bill which always follow you with an older vehicle. Thanks to everyone who worked on this sale.
