A sticker price on the window of 16900, I paid 27000? How does this happen? I thought the days of confusing the buyer were over. Not at Gateway. In retrospect, I should have walked away. Instead I was shown so many calculations. All stating how much their loosing and what a great deal I was getting. Meanwhile I was being steered where they wanted. They sold me on 0 percent for 72 months without telling me the 16900 was off the table. They took my keys to my trade in, 4 hours later they try to sell me the warranty. Specifically, the Gap insurance: where the contract value of the vehicle exceeds the actually insurance pay out.
A Chevy owner for 20 years, Gateway will never get my business. The GM of sales was no help. No 3 day recession signed. There a scam. I do not recommend them for an oil change let alone buying a vehicle. Don't do it!!!!!
