Every person I dealt with at Gateway was patient and kind. They were determined to work with me and dealt with all of my concerns and questions. I had a lot of questions and even made a few phone calls and each time I asked them to allow me time to make a call or do some research they never got frustrated or impatient. For that very reason is why I drove out of their with a new vehicle. My sales person, Robert Cassidy, was very helpful and worked with me to find all that I wanted in my vehicle with Manager, Johnny Martinez at his side assisting when he could, to ensure I was ok and would not walk out unsatisfied. Lamar then did his magic with the numbers to get me where I wanted to be to drive out with the vehicle. And last but certainly not least after I had driven the other three a little nuts, it was Larry Fuller's turn to deal with me..lol.. he then took care of getting the financing necessary and again when I had to do some research and make some calls to make an informed decision, he was patient and allowed me to do what I needed to do. It truly took a team to get me into my new vehicle but I will say I'm in my new vehicle because these four men really did what it took to make me feel comfortable about my choices and decisions. Although I had them running, they never made me feel like I was a bother to them. I would return to Gateway Chevrolet again and I recommend Gateway Chevrolet for your car needs. I'm very happy with my new Chevy Tahoe!!! Thank you Gateway team.

I had to go back to the dealership and was assisted by three more rock stars of the dealership. Jess helped me get my OnStar set up, Liz helped me with a couple service questions and concerns and Paul Hapeman took time out to show me how the options of my vehicle worked. The Gateway Chevrolet team continues to shine.
