In the past 12+ years of bringing my husband in for countless surgeries and procedures, there has NEVER been an instance when the appointment proceeded on time, NEVER. Today his surgery was scheduled for 1:40. It is now 4:40 and he has STILL NOT BEEN OPERATED ON!! If we could of quit this place, we would, and this being the last of more than twenty different procedures, we will. They have people over a barrel here. Any other business would be out of business. They need to take a good long look at their business practice because it really stinks!!
