I have been servicing my S550 at MB of KC and have been impressed with professionalism that it handled it. The loaner car was ready when I brought my car in. A special call out to my Service Adviser- Chris Hadley who is very caring and responsive in addition to be one of the best Service Advisers that I have come across during 33+ years of owning (and servicing) MB vehicles. I would recommend MB of KC without any hesitation.
