Service was good except totally lack of customer service. I received a notice of a modem upgrade. Contacted Del to schedule and was told, "parts not in check back. Asked why it couldn't just be put on order and call me when it came in. Told can't do that. About six months later I checked and was told by Del, yes we have parts now and will call when they are in. Why couldn't that be done the first time? Then I was told oh, we also have a recall for steering issue, which I was never notified. IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?????????
