I have no experience with Plasma Surgical, but as an EE and CNIM, I do have experience with electrocautery, including various Bovie and Bipolar devices. Comparing their characteristics with the characteristics of the Plasma method that can be seen in the Plasma Surgical videos leads me to hope the company 'goes public' and becomes an investment opportunity.
