I have two experiences from the Deck Store: During my original purchase the staff at the Deck Store went out of their way to help me with a warranty claim that I had and now (5 years after my original purchase), Warren at the Deck Store went WAY beyond expectations to find me discontinued decking from a non-Deck Store source.... he helped me knowing that there would be no monetary benefit to him or to the Deck Store! THANK YOU WARREN! Customer service and competitive prices is why I would recommend the Deck Store to anyone.
