I ordered a bunch of Pens and after approving the artwork it was discovered that my Logo wouldn't fit properly on the barrel of the Pen so they sent me a revised Proof and took the Company name from around the logo since it was going to be in Text on the barrel anyway and it looked great. Then they ran out of stock. They were very quick to let me know and offered no charge for my artwork and I now have many Pens. They write great, look fantastic, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I've ordered other Pens and products and they always have good stuff.
