Kyle and I have purchased two BMWs here through Client Advisor, Don Wilkinson. We liked him so much the first time around, that we preferred him during our second car purchase. Don was very helpful and patient through the entire process. He did a great job explaining each of the cars we test drove and to look through the dealership inventory to find what we wanted. Would highly recommend Don!

Update: I have since brought my 2017 X6 in for small parts that have fallen off due to car washes, which is very inconvenient, I might add. Like another reviewer stated, the employees act entitled, it amazes me to say the least! The Parts department as well as service advisor Ryan M. act like they don t want to do their job and get it done when it came to getting my parts ordered, painted and installed on my car! The guy at the Parts Dept. is rude and condescending, for no good reason.

It s funny, they bend over backwards to get you to buy a car, but after the deal is done, you are treated the opposite. So most reviews are good ones because they just purchased their cars.

Update: Just having ordered our 4th BMW (2020 X6), Benjamin Knack has made the buying process convenient and a breeze! (We are waiting for our car, but Ben put a lot of work into what we wanted no matter what time of day it was.) Don Wilkinson took care of us once again working out the numbers! I have also since brought my current X6 for maintenance, Rhaudell Cordova was accommodating and got my car in its best shape each time I ve gone in. Very happy with BMW of San Antonio! I m changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars!
