Words cannot adequately describe the relief felt when your salesman says "Don't worry, we'll take care of it". We had purchased a Certified pre-owned Focus from Mike Deeth in October, and a deer stepped out in front of us on a Saturday night in January. On Sunday morning, Mike returned my call and spoke those assuring words. By Monday noon, we had a newer vehicle to drive till the insurance company finalized the claim. With the help of Mike, Kevin Tigges, Nathan McAlister and Steve Palmer, we were able to finalize an insurance settlement and deal on a great replacement vehicle with no out-of-pocket expense.
No dealership is perfect, but these guys went way above and beyond our expectations.
