The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and made no effort to be. However, the price was good so I didn't put a score of 1 or 0. Also, the location closed at 4:30pm and did not allow me to return the car after that time. There was no key drop or any way to return the car after 4:30pm. Alternative drop off areas were not allowed either. Very unhelpful and impractical!
