DO NOT USE RYNO!!!! We hired Ryno to do our SEO marketing. When they went live with our website, we noticed we weren t getting any calls. We found out from a previous customer that our Call tracking phone number wasn t going through ON THE NEW WEBSITE RYNO built. We had several missed calls with them. They finally fixed the problem and we continued to have poor service and problems from them going forward. Fortunately we only had a one year contract and we decided to fire them in June of this year. We had to give a 30 day cancellation notice and so we cancelled and what do they do? They turn off our main call tracking phone number on our website again for the last 30 days on the hottest days of the year. Since we are an Air conditioning company we lost a lot of money. We missed 33 missed calls according to the information they sent me. That was over $165,000.00 in lost business. So if you are considering going with Ryno DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! Go with PRINT FAST OR WIT DIGITAL. They do a great job and will be ethical and take care of their customers. AGAIN DO NOT GO WITH RYNO!!!! They are not worried about taking care of their customers. I contacted Chris Yano the owner and called and sent texts and he will not respond. Now they will respond to this post and say something like. Oh I m so sorry you had this problem, please call us at 1-800- we don t care!!! and we will do nothing about this. Thanks
