Worst quality build I ve seen in my life. Good thing we didn t buy the house and rented a newly built one for a year instead. Wavy drywall, uneven floors, the entire house is shaking now with the wind.
Air vents were never cleaned after the install (even though there are stickers that say they were), there was foam and insulation inside which caused furnace tripping in winter on low inlet air flow.
Painting is uneven, with lots of runs and poor mudding/taping underneath. Stairs were clear coated after carpeting was installed, staining the carpet with it.
Windows are crooked, begin to crack now as the house settles in and won t open/close properly anymore.
Driveway pavement is too soft, not compacted properly, so, car jack stands will sink into the asphalt, even on a not-so-heavy car. Newly built roads are rutted and it feels like you re driving in a ghetto chariot.
All in, it probably costs them no more than $150K to build a house that they sell for $850K. Stay away!
