We booked 4 rooms 7 months prior Our Graduation date in December. Arrived at 4:00 for checkin and from the start everyone was rude and unfriendly giving no eye contact, hardly looking up at us. The lady front manager was even worse. We quickly was to learn they gave away one of the rooms and the hotel was completely booked. Thankfully I had the confirmation number and after a long long frustrating discussion with the unfriendly manager they found us a room that the head Manger had available. I m assuming it s a room they keep on reserve for reasons like this.
The overall stay was below average. The roof was pouring out water, from rain, at the lobby Starbucks. The towels are poor quality! The sheets are and beds were nice and our view of the Florida Supreme Court was awesome. Valet parking was great but expensive. I would not stay there again for the price of the room rather try another one downtown.
