I ordered a frozen theme cake for my daughters 4th...

I ordered a frozen theme cake for my daughters 4th birthday. I called the day before to confirm everything. The party was on Sunday at 12:00 and the cake was scheduled to be delivered at 12:00. Well, the cake was not delivered until 1:00!!!! Nobody bothered to call me to tell me they were running late. I almost went to Publix to get a cake when all of a sudden they pulled up. The cake color was off and not right. This is NOT the first time this happens. Lesson learned, and I will never being using them again. Terrible service and every cake I order from them comes out wrong!
